- Finishing is often not included in the planned list of works, in addition, it can be different and is divided into several stages. We will adapt to your wishes and are ready to accompany you to turnkey finishing, even if some time passes between the stages.

* Prices are indicated for a frame house, with a total area of approximately 100 m2, the price includes installation and construction work and materials according to the selected configuration. You need to understand that for any frame house the price depends on the complexity of the project, roofing material, finishing materials, area, etc.

              2. Of course, we cannot completely abandon traditional block or brick construction. Therefore, we offer our clients high-quality services for the construction of such houses by professional masters in compliance with all modern building standards and technologies and adequate prices for these services. The cost of 1 m2 for such a construction will be from 349 euros.

What does the price include? 

The construction cost includes: 

- all necessary building materials; 

- special equipment, tools and construction equipment; 

- the work of a team of builders with extensive experience in the construction of such houses. 

We will also take over the organization of all preparatory and other works for the construction of objects , namely:

- pit and zero cycle with crushed stone reinforcement, insulation and reliable waterproofing, 

- monolithic reinforced concrete slab: from formwork for pouring, reinforcement and waterproofing to concrete work,

-  masonry walls,

-  construction of lintels for windows and doors with heat insulation;

-  metal tile roof; 

- facade masonry from facing bricks, etc. 

The indicated price for building a house for 1 m2 is not universal. The exact cost of your project will depend on the individual characteristics. These include the characteristics of the site (soil, landscape), and the area of the future cottage, and the selected building materials. But our company can guarantee that the price is determined based on real factors and is always adequate.
